My Approach.
Facing struggles is an inevitable part of being human and at times these struggles are better overcome by sharing them. I aim to create an authentic and safe space for us to work through the challenges you are facing, explore what underlies and maintains these, and learn new of ways of coping and relating. I work from a biopsychosocial trauma informed model, recognising that the multitude of systems we operate in play a role in our mental health and wellbeing.
How I can help you.
Individual therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I meet you where you are at emotionally and we work together to explore the challenges you are facing and develop new ways of navigating these.
Adolescents.
I am passionate about supporting young people to understand their experiences and make positive changes to cope with what they are struggling with.
Online Therapy.
Online Therapy allows you to access support no matter where you are and achieve continuity of care with your psychologist. An assessment is conducted to ensure that online therapy is the right space for you.
